Furniture manufacturers
Cabinet doors, fronts and case parts. AA for visible faces, the middle grade for bodies and side panels, B for backs.
Distributors
Mixed species and grades from ready stock, bundled and tagged so each line can be resold without re-sorting.
Project clients
Hotels, offices and residential fit-outs that need one species and grade across every room. A sample locks the face before production.
Packing and loading
How a veneer order leaves the mill
Bundles are tagged at the clipper and packed for export in the warehouse. Minimum order is 5,000 sqm for thin veneer and 3,000 sqm for thick veneer.
01Count and tag
Graded sheets are counted into bundles and tagged with species, cut, grade and size, so the receiving end can check against the quote.
02Stack for the container
Bundles are stacked flat on ISPM 15 compliant packaging and held in the warehouse until the booking is confirmed.
03Load and document
The shipment leaves from the loading port named on the quote. Export documents listed for formal inquiry travel with the order.
Commercial terms
How a quote names the shipment
The formal quote names the trade term and the port. The terms below are the standard meanings used in the sourcing guide. A quote for one order does not mean every term is offered on every shipment. Catalog lead time is 10–15 days. The homepage also notes “In Stock, Ships in 7 Days”. Use the quote as the lead time for the specification you send.
CIF
Cost, Insurance and Freight. The quote includes ocean freight and insurance to the named destination port. Unloading and inland delivery after that port are separate.
EXW
Ex Works. You collect from the mill or the named place. Export clearance and freight are arranged by you, unless the quote says otherwise.
DDP
Delivered Duty Paid. The quote includes delivery to the named place with duties paid. The destination has to be named, because duty and inland cost change by country.

From mill quote to loading port
Wholesale and project orders only. Tell us the species and grade; we reply from the Dongguan mill.
